Job Summary

The On-site Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high quality service to customers and temporary employees at the client On-site, while identifying continuous improvements necessary in the performance measurements.  The OSC will meet with client and employees in our on-site facilities frequently to maintain customer satisfaction. As an OSS the employee is responsible for managing the overall mission of maintaining a focus on compliance, efficiency and quality (3 Keys).

 

Responsibilities:

 

CoWorx Associate’s Management

  • Meet & greet new employees first day to ensure a positive first impression of Client and CoWorx
  • Orientate employees as required to include: facility tour, required PPE, timekeeping procedures, badging, policies and safety
    • Maintain on floor visibility to promote a positive culture and environment
    • Conduct weekly meetings with Associates to uncover new opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance

                             

Client Management

    • Serve as main contact for client’s line management team.
    • Complete all required reporting such as new starts (roster), attendance tracking, turnover analysis and end of shift reports.
    • Analyze, interpret and verify information from ProMatch and on-premise audits in order to provide feedback with recommendations to our client.
    • Perform ad-hoc research requests for clients as needed.
    • Maintain daily and weekly communication of all issues to Client’s Management.
  • Maintain constant communications with end users and applicants through quality checks in calls, meetings and quality surveys.
  • Introduce innovative time reduction and quality procedures to provide the highest level of service to our client.

 

Administration

    • Master the on-site Time and Attendance program for payroll and reporting capabilities.
    • Administer on-site retention and other value-add programs upon request.
  • Create, design and draft Standard Operating Procedures when needed for customized on-site programs..

 

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience within the staffing industry preferably working directly on site with a customer
  • A proven focus on customer relationships
  • The ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations
  • Ability to use a computer, with a general understanding of Microsoft Office products including, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
