Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversees and manages the organization’s recruitment and staffing functions
  • Oversees, mentors and trains the office staff, and oversees the daily operations
  • Leads the office team in staffing and recruitment
  • Follows and maintains operation procedures
  • Interacts with clients to determine needs and to ensure needs have been met
  • Oversees and reviews processes for applications, screens and interviews applicants, matches qualified candidates to jobs, and provides permanent or temporary placement of qualified candidates for required job assignments
  • Educates and guides office staff in recruiting best practices and strategies, legal requirements, and company interviewing guidelines
  • Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns
  • Sources potential candidates through all applicable means, including cold calling, internet posting and searching, networking, employee referrals, community-based partnerships, etc., and develops job descriptions
  • Monitors hiring of temporary assignments, work location, person to whom they will report, working environment, essential job functions, work schedule, pay rate, client GMP procedures and all other applicable information
  • Monitors and records employee(s) performance and provides necessary feedback and documentation
  • Provides employee counseling and appropriate disciplinary action to correct performance problems
  • Oversees the proper compliance and filing of the applications, EEO, medical, workers compensation and personnel records
  • Monitors safety issues at On-Sites with Client and Risk Management
  • Monitors and ensures excellent customer service by providing the daily review and adjustments of hours in arrival and ending time and attendance
  • Assists client with workforce concerns and needs in all areas
  • Oversees all monthly, weekly reports for improvement
  • Oversees the payroll process, Client Billings, and Month End for client
  • Counsels, disciplines and terminates Field Employees which do not meet standards
  • Trains and oversees the workforce staging processes (check in) while visiting sites to assure compliance with standard procedures
  • Shares client’s production goals with internal staff

About You: 

  • 4 year college degree (Business Administration, Mgmt., etc.)
  • 3-5 years staffing industry experience
  • Operations and management expertise
  • The ability to lead and develop a motivated, quality driven team
  • Proven success in developing and executing recruiting strategies to ensure continuous flow of applicants
  • Ability to function in a complex, evolving and fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and with varying levels within the organization
